30% of every fee, after Meteora's cut, buys this basket and burns it: the 100 largest Solana memecoins that are at least 90 days old, cannot be minted or frozen by anyone, and can take a $1,000 buy for 3% or less. Each coin is burned out of its own supply as soon as it is bought. Weights follow market cap, capped at 10% a coin, so the small coins are small slices.
